fastboot flash recovery bigdroidos_recovery.img Use the volume buttons to select “Recovery mode” and press power. In recovery, select Apply Update > Apply from ADB

adb sideload bigdroidos-2.0.1-device-name.zip Once the installation finishes, perform a factory reset from recovery to avoid boot loops. Then reboot. Then reboot
