Turn off the Mac. Hold T while booting. If it connects to another Mac via Thunderbolt, you might be able to read the SSD. But the T2 will still require the password to decrypt the data. You'll just see garbled files.

But does a free, permanent, and reliable T2 bypass actually exist? Or is it a hacker’s mirage designed to get you to download malware? Turn off the Mac
If the lock screen has a "Guest User" option, log in and see if you can check the "Users & Groups" setting. Sometimes the Main user is locked, but the Guest account isn't. But the T2 will still require the password
