Select "Windows 10 Home" or "Pro" (depending on your license). Click Next. Perform a "Custom: Install Windows only (advanced)." Delete all old partitions. Install.

Run the tool. Accept the license.

Wait for the download and creation to finish (approx. 4GB download).

Do not burn the ISO to a USB yet.
